How pick-up works on arrival
Most Moroccan agencies do not keep a permanent desk inside Tanger-Ibn Battouta airport. An agent meets you at arrivals holding a sign with your name and walks you to the car, parked at the airport or a short shuttle ride away.
That setup — unfamiliar if you are used to European counters — is exactly what lets local agencies price well below the international chains. Add your flight number to the request: the agency tracks delays and adjusts the meeting time.
The handover check happens on the spot. Spend five minutes photographing the bodywork, wheels and windscreen, and confirm the fuel level matches what the contract says.
